Don't we all agree that taking yoga classes can be very pricey! 16 dollars for a class can add up fast. If you have a gym membership, sometimes regular yoga classes are included in the package, but if you want to experience hot yoga, you would have to pay extra. The price tag on hot yoga classes kind of scared me away from taking them. I was afraid I would get addicted to it and in turn it would empty out my wallet. I normally do yoga at home on a daily basis; it can get hot if you don't have a air conditioner on a hot summer day :) Nevertheless, I really wanted to give it a try especially when there was so much buzz around it from my friends. Hot yoga has really good health benefits. Hot yoga opens up your sweat glands and skin pores so you are able to sweat out a lot of toxins. The muscles are heated up and they become more pliable. You are able to stretch your body better. I researched online, and I found many places that offered the first yoga class for free. If you don't like it, you don't have to come back. In other words, no strings attached. Additionally, if you are not sure whether you like it or not, most yoga studios offer a 30 day intro package for 30 dollars. You can take as many classes as you want within 30 days from the day you start the intro. Needless to say, I really took them up on the offer. I truly liked the experience but I still do most of my exercising in the comfort of my own home and my surroundings. I believe that you can widely utilize cost free workout methods to stay fit.
