I think for most women the number one exercise goal is to get an hourglass figure, but unfortunately getting a small waist and a flat stomach is one of the hardest things to achieve. As women we struggle with the mid section area, at least I've found it the hardest for myself. So I try to dedicate at least 20 minutes of my day to getting my stomach flat and tight. Here is my favorite abs workout. It is challenging but very effective! Try it for yourself.
